We are saddened by the news of the passing away of Matthew Holland Shihan 7th Dan.

Aikido has been active in Scotland since the 1960s. The Scottish Aikido Federation organization was established in 1984 by Matthew Holland Shihan and he was its Technical Director.
Scotland has been a long time respected member of the IAF.
Holland Sensei traveled a lot throughout Scotland, the UK and overseas teaching and participating in aikido for more than 50 years.
